ACVM/ERMA update

There have been a number of interactions with ERMA New Zealand as it looks likely that the Acts will commence in 2000. Kieran Galvin is leading a project looking at the transition of products from the current Acts to the new ones to see if we can agree some ‘guiding principles’ to make it easier for future applicants. We are also working on the parallel process for registration / approval as part of the Memorandum of Understanding with ERMA. It is still not clear from the ERMA Information Requirements Protocol exactly how ERMA will take into account controls that are placed on a trade name product under the ACVM Act.
