What's Coming Up

• The next AVMAC meeting will be held on the morning of Monday 21 February with a Liaison Group meeting to follow in the afternoon of the same day.
• The ACVM Group will undertake another customer satisfaction survey (likely to come out in the April edition of AgVetLink) to look for feedback on performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Maree Zinzley (Customer Services Manager) and the customer service team are revising the way that they work with customers and are moving to an ‘account management’ focus. In future all queries from a company/organisation will be handled by one pre-allocated customer service officer. Maree and the team will be in touch with all licensees and registrants soon to let you know the details.
