The ‘Low Risk’ standard is now operational. This exempts some trade name products from the need to supply full data (or undergo a full assessment), thus reducing costs for the applicant. The groups of products that qualify as ‘low risk’ are defined in a Gazette notice and have been drawn from the groups of products that are exempt with or without conditions under the ACVM Act.
