Comments on the public discussion document concerning the latest round of new or revised MRLs have been considered and the Minister of Health will be requested to put the changes in the New Zealand (Maximum Residue Limits of Agricultural Compounds) Mandatory Food Standard 1999. Because these changes must ‘lie on the table’ for 28 days, they should become law by the end of June. |
