Pending Label Update

The AVCM Group has had a very pleasing response to our pending label project.

A number of applicants were notified in early March in regard to files that were on hold due to supply of technical data and/or final labels. We would like to thank all those companies who have supplied further information to assist us in bringing our files/records and database system up to date.

There is still some confusion about supplying final labels once an application has been approved. If the final labels are received within two months of the issue date of the licence/certificate they will be processed as a part of the original application at no additional cost. If the final labels are not received within two months of the issue date of the licence, approval of these final labels will be treated as a C9 application (Administrative Final Label Approval) and the applicable fee of $364.50 (including GST) will be charged.
