Supply of Copies of Labels

This is a reminder that once products are licensed and then gazetted, the label information on that product becomes information available in the ‘public arena’. The product is able to be advertised and sold, and generally readily obtainable through a number of sources. Because of this, the ACVM Group are not legally bound to supply copies of labels, and will cease doing so. This policy also applies to the supply of copies of labels under an Official Information Act (OIA) request.
