Customer Satisfaction Survey

Thank you to all who took the time to answer the small number of questions for our customer satisfaction survey. Your comments were discussed and have subsequently been actioned. The results have also been published in the respective Board papers. Overall, the results of the survey were pleasing.

Be assured that your input is valued and we do endeavour, in this changing environment, to make appropriate changes where we can. For example, a number of companies said it is difficult to compile an application in line with the standards and guidelines. We plan to make changes to these documents in the very near future, and we will attempt to compile examples for specific types of applications and dummy examples for the standards.
