PUBLICATIONS

The ACVM – Registration Standard and Guideline for Chemistry has been revised and will be sent out for comment very soon. (It will also be available on the website.)

This document represents the first revision of the existing chemistry standard and guideline. The current documents have been amalgamated into one. Requirements for biological products have been removed and will be the subject of their own publication. The biological standard will be available in the near future and will also be sent out for consultation.

The discussion document ACVM – Registration Standard and Guideline for Chemistry will be posted in a targetted mail out. If you do not receive a copy and wish to, please contact Mary Burnett at the address below. OTHER

• Our new front page has appeared. The picture you see on it is chosen randomly from a group of pictures we are using and should change each time you go back to the front page. Both pesticides and animal remedies are represented in that group, so keep looking.
• Membership of the Industry Liaison Group and AVMAC has been updated.
• Notes from the recent AVMAC meeting are available under Forums/AVMAC/ Reports of AVMAC meetings.
• Animal Remedies and Pesticides Board annual reports can be found under Forums/Animal Remedies Board and Pesticides Board/Annual Reports
• Our Consultants list under Registers/ Lists has been updated.
