Reporting of adverse events

The ACVM Group has received a number of Adverse Event Reports (AERs) over the past few months. It would be very helpful for follow up if as much information as possible on the particular product is supplied at the time the AER is submitted. This includes such information as batch number, etc.

We would also like to advise that adverse events can be reported by any person. Forms are available on the ACVM website.
