Neil Kennington A born and bred South Islander, I have spent the last 11 years practising veterinary medicine in Canterbury where my wife Sandra and I have brought up two girls and a boy. Some mid-life introspection has led to a career change hence the shift overseas to Wellington. My professional life started with three years tending to cows in Taranaki before the big OE and some experience in England. To keep from becoming rusty, I completed Australian College exams in sheep medicine and have done a paper on data interpretation and statistics through Massey. Outside work I am a keen amateur photographer, snapping shots of landscapes, natural history etc., competing occasionally at club and national level. An inbuilt love of tramping and the environment hopefully can be reactivated (now the kids are old enough to troop short distances) with the assistance of some of the Wellington regions excellent tracks.

Toni Tana Originating from Palmerston North, I gained a BVSc qualification from Massey University in 1995. Over the last five years I have been working as a small animal veterinarian in England and taking advantage of the UKs location to travel quite extensively. My husband and I are enjoying being back in New Zealand and I am looking forward to living in Wellington and being part of the ACVM Group.

Larry Moolenaar Raised in Christchurch (father of Dutch origin, mum a West Coaster), I attended Massey University in the 70s and attained a science degree but felt compelled after a few years in the work force to do more academic training. I completed a postgraduate diploma in agricultural science from Lincoln, then a veterinary degree in the mid 80s. On graduation I undertook mixed practice in the Waikato and then Southland. For the last few years I have been working for MAF (MAFQual and then MAFVA as a veterinary technical supervisor). Having decided to broaden my horizons and work for the ACVM Group, I am now living in Waikanae with my partner Christine. My interests are general but I enjoy good music and good wine; am into aviation and restoring vintage motorcycles currently working on a pre-war Indian Scout.
