ACVM Act Amendment Update
The papers proposing the ACVM Act amendments have been going through the process of consultation with other interested or affected Government Departments. It is hoped to have them presented to Cabinet by early May. If Cabinet approval is given, the drafting of the legislative changes will then begin.
