Review of Provisional Registrations

In December 2004 the ACVM Group wrote to all companies advising them that we had undertaken an audit of all conditions of registration for Provisional Registrations. In particular, the condition of providing trial site information had not been met in many cases. Most companies have now provided the requested information, but if you have overlooked this requirement in the registration of products since our letter of December 2004, then please advise the ACVM Group as soon as possible.
