ACVM Act Amendment

The ACVM Act Amendment is on the Parliamentary schedule to discuss the report from the Primary Production Select Committee. There is no indication to date of the expected timing. Although the time line for progress in Parliament is beyond NZFSA control, we have brought to the Minister's attention the possible impact of extended delay in progressing the Bill.
