Determination of function or activity for recognition

Animal Products (Recognised Agencies and Persons Specifications)

Notice 2007

Pursuant to clause 17(2)(l) of the Animal Products (Recognised Agencies and Persons Specifications) Notice 2007, the Director General may determine any function or activity for which a person must be recognised.

Under clause 17(2)(l) of that Notice, I determine that any person performing the signatory function for laboratories must be a recognised person under section 103 of the Animal Products Act 1999.
