WAIVER OF FEES FOR DUAL OPERATOR

 Animal Products (Fees, Charges, and Levies) Regulations 2002

Under regulation 5B of the Animal Products (Fees, Charges, and Levies) Regulations 2002 ("the Regulations"), the Director-General of Agriculture and Forestry has the power to waive any fee specified in the Regulations, in whole or in part, in any appropriate case or class of cases.

Pursuant to regulation 5B of the Regulations, I now waive in whole the following fees in Schedule 1, Part 1 for dual operator butchers operating under a registered risk management in relation to homekill or recreational catch operations carried out at the same premises or place as the regulated animal product operations or trade:

1. the fee of $100 under Item 7 for "Application under section 75 for listings as a homekill or recreational catch service provider"; and
2. the fee of $105 under Item 8 for "Annual listing fee under section 77".

This waiver takes effect from the date of this instrument. The instrument of waiver of fees for dual operators dated 5 September 2000 is revoked.
