WAIVER OF EXPORTER FEE
Animal Products (Fees, Charges, and Levies) Regulations 2002
Under regulation 5B of the Animal Products (Fees, Charges, and Levies) Regulations 2002 ("the Regulations"), the Director-General of Agriculture and Forestry has the power to waive any fee specified in the Regulations, in whole or in part, in any appropriate case or class of cases.
Pursuant to regulation 5B of the Regulations, I now waive in part the following fees in Schedule 1, Part 1:
- Where multiple applications for exporter registration are made from companies registered with the New Zealand Companies Office who have the same registered office and common shareholding, and those applications are submitted together to the Director-General, that part of the combined exporter application fees under Item 5 for "Application under section 54 for registration as an exporter" above $200 is waived; and
- For multiple exporters registered in accordance with (1) above, that part of the combined annual exporter registration fee under Item 6 for "Annual exporter registration fee under section 57", above $200 is waived.
This waiver takes effect from the date of this instrument. The instrument of waiver of exporter fees dated 19 April 2000 is revoked.
