WAIVER OF ANNUAL LISTING FEE FOR HOMEKILL AND RECREATIONAL CATCH SERVICE PROVIDERS

Animal Products (Fees, Charges, and Levies) Regulations 2002

Under regulation 5B of the Animal Products (Fees, Charges, and Levies) Regulations 2002 ("the Regulations"), the Director-General of Agriculture and Forestry has the power to waive any fee specified in the Regulations, in whole or in part, in any appropriate case or class of cases.

Under regulation 5B of the Regulations, I now waive in part the following fee in Schedule 1, Part 1, Item 8:

That part of the annual listing fee under section 77 for listed homekill and recreational catch service providers above $56.25 is waived.

This waiver takes effect from 1 February 2004.
