WAIVER OF OFFICIAL ASSURANCE FEE

 Animal Products (Fees, Charges, and Levies) Regulations 2002

 Under regulation 5B of the Animal Products (Fees, Charges, and Levies) Regulations 2002 ("the Regulations"), the Director-General of Agriculture and Forestry has the power to waive any fee specified in the Regulations, in whole or in part, in any appropriate case or class of cases.

Pursuant to regulation 5B of the Regulations, I now waive in whole or in part the following fee in Schedule 1, Part 1, Item 12:

Where an official assurance is issued for wool, hides, skins and game trophies, that part of the fee above $17.50 is waived.

This waiver takes effect from the date of this instrument. The instrument of waiver of official assurance fee dated 15 November 2001 is revoked.
