Animal Products (Fees, Charges, and Levies) Regulations 2002
Under regulation 5B of the Animal Products (Fees, Charges, and Levies) Regulations 2002 ("the Regulations"), the Director-General of Agriculture and Forestry has the power to waive any fee specified in the Regulations, in whole or in part, in any appropriate case or class of cases.
Pursuant to regulation 5B of the Regulations, I now waive in part the following fee in Schedule 1, Part 1, Item 13:
- Where the re-issue of an export certificate is due to requirements not previously notified under section 60, that part of the fee above $25 is waived; and
- Where the re-issue of an export certificate is due to the non-application of the authorised person seal, signature, or date of signature, that part of the fee above $25 is waived; and
- Where two or more export certificates are re-issued at the same time, for the same exporter, shipment and destination, and the reason for the reissue is identical for each assurance, in all cases except (2) and (3) above, that part above $500 is waived for each certificate re-issued.
This waiver takes effect from the date of this instrument. The instrument of waiver of official assurance reissue fees dated 16 June 2000 is revoked.
Dated at Wellington this 11th day of August 2003.
