National Chemical Residue Programme

User Registration for the National Chemical Residue Programme Website

Agencies involved with residue sampling (NZFSA VA, Asure NZ, AgriQuality NZ) and laboratories providing analytical services to New Zealand Food Safety Authority are invited to apply for an access code by filling in the registration form below.

To register as a new user, or update your current details, please complete the following form. For new users, you will be advised by return e-mail that your registration has been confirmed, and of the password that has been assigned to you.

Please note: The assigned login and password must be used only by the user who submitted this application. You must not share this login and password with any other person. By submitting this request you accept full responsibility for any access to the system through your login and password.

Nominate premises where you have a role in Residue or Species Verification Sampling. Use Licence Number(eg ME22, S181).

Notes

  1. In the case of poultry premises that do not have an approval number, the 5 digit code as quoted on the sampling plan (eg TegNP) should be used.
  2. AgriQuality NZ personnel responsible for on-farm urine sampling should use the words 'on-farm sampling' in the above box.
  3. AgriQuality NZ responsible for honey samples should use the words "honey sampling" in the above box.
