Interim Code of Practice for the development of a Food Safety Programme (Food Act 1981) or a Product Safety Programme (Dairy Industry Act 1952) for Ice Cream
This Code of Practice contains requirements for the safe production of ice cream. The scope of this Code of Practice is from receipt of raw dairy ingredients through to distribution and the primary aim is to manage food safety.
