Consultation - Slaughter, Dressing, Cooling and Boning of Bobby Calves
The draft of the Generic RMP for the Slaughter, Dressing, Cooling and Boning of Bobby Calves has been developed by the New Zealand Food Safety Authority, in consultation with an industry working group, to assist bobby calf processors in the development of their risk management programmes (RMP).
The Technical Annex to this generic RMP is currently being updated and will be published as soon as it is completed.

This consultation closed on 30 September 2004.
