Country Listings AP20

Certain countries require exported animal products to be from an approved premises/operator. This requirement is specified in the overseas market access requirements that relate to particular countries.

Premises/operators when applying for market access shall complete the application form, AP20 Country Listings.

For each country listing applications forms [AP20(1), AP20(2), AP20(3) and AP20(4)] there are two versions of each form available on this website.

One version is in the PDF format that allows for printing the forms off the website for completion. The other version of the form is in rich text format (RTF), i.e. can be opened in any word processing programme, including Word.

The RTF version allows you to save the form to your PC and electronically enter the details by clicking and typing in the boxes.

The layout and details of these forms are locked so you are unable to accidentally change them
