Application to View Protected Documents in the Animal Products and Dairy, Sections of NZFSA

The majority of documents do not require authentication. The documents that are restricted relate mainly to overseas market access requirements.

Bilateral market access agreements can contain sensitive material and are therefore accorded a degree of confidentiality. User access to the documents is restricted to New Zealanders registered with NZFSA as an Exporter, Operator, third party agency or service provider under the Animal Products Act 1999 and officials of the relevant importing countries.
