Animal products - national microbiological database (NMD)

The National Microbiological Database (NMD) programme describes the technical procedures for microbiological monitoring of the effects of the slaughter & dressing and cutting & boning processes.  The current NMD programme is found in The Notice and Schedule below.

    For the Random Sample Selection to operate, save the excel file and then close the file. On opening this file in your filing system the Random sample selection will be fully operational.
