Animal Products Act 1999

REVOCATION OF VERIFICATION STATEMENTS OF POLICY

I advise that the following Verification Statement of Policy and associated Addenda, as withdrawn from the NZFSA website on 17 February 2005, are revoked effective from 1 April 2005:

o Animal Products Act 1999 Verification 2003 — Statement of Policy; signed on 2 September 2003; and

o Animal Products Act 1999 Addendum to Verification 2003 — Statement of Policy — Accelerated Performance: Transfer of businesses from the Food Act regime where Official Assurances are being provided; signed on 17 May 2004; and

o Animal Products Act 1999 Addendum 2: Verification 2003 — Statement of Policy — Accelerated Performance: Certain domestic businesses taking export opportunities; signed on 9 November 2004.
