Veterinary Authorised/Authorised Persons Designated to Sign MAF Live Animal Exports & Germplasm Certificates

Animal Products Act 1999

Pursuant to section 65 of the Animal Products Act 1999, I designate those persons listed in the attached schedule as veterinary authorised/authorised persons for the purposes of issuing the following official assurances:

• MAF veterinary export certificates for live animals (excuding live animals certified as food) and germplasm

And for the withdrawal, reissuing and replacing of official assurances under section 64 except for the reissue where overseas authorities have received the official assurance.
