Veterinary Authorised/Authorised Persons Designated to Sign NZFSA Meat Export Certificates

Animal Products Act 1999

Pursuant to section 65 of the Animal Products Act 1999, I designate those persons listed in the attached schedule as veterinary authorised/authorised persons for the purposes of issuing the following official assurances:

• NZFSA veterinary export certificate (excluding live animals, cats and dogs to Australia; and genetic material, and seafood);

And for the withdrawal, reissuing and replacing of official assurances under section 64 except for the reissue where overseas authorities have received the official assurance.
