Laboratory Signatories - Recognised Persons List

Laboratory signatories are recognised persons who have been assessed by an assessment body as competent to sign for specified laboratory tests according to the Laboratory Approval Scheme (LAS) recognised by the Director General

Signatories are required to be recognised under the Animal Products Act 1999. Signatories must follow the the requirements of the relevant specifications issued under section 167 of that Act

To determine the official tests a laboratory signatory, recognised person is approved to sign for please refer to the Schedule of Tests.
