Consultation - Implementation of the ACVM Act: changes to the ACVM Regulations 2001

This document seeks submissions on NZFSA's proposed changes to the ACVM Regulations. All of the proposed changes apply either to products that are currently exempt from registration under the ACVM Act, or to products for which NZFSA proposes to create an exemption from registration. The main proposals are to: give effect to changes made to the ACVM Act in 2007; set out requirements for manufacturing, advertising, and own use that will apply broadly to all exempt products; and add four new exemptions from registration.
