Consultation - Dairy Approved Criteria

NZFSA is proposing to amend some of the dairy Approved Criteria documents. The proposed changes comprise the removal of certain requirements, including those previously communicated in FYI F30-09 and F31-09, amendments to clarify existing requirements and the addition of E.sakazakii into the product safety limit table of DPC1.
