Consultation - Data Protection for Agricultural Compounds

The issue of protection for the data contained in the studies and information required to be supplied to regulatory authorities (such as ERMA and NZFSA) by applicants for approvals to use a substance that will be marketed as or in a product has been raised several times in recent years.
