Consultation - Review of IAIS Listeria Circular

The Seafood Standards Council (SSC) is seeking further comment from interested parties on the review of the Listeria Circular (IAIS 003.9). This includes requirements for management of Listeria monocytogenes in long shelf-life ready-to-eat seafood and in short shelf-life ready-to-eat seafood.
