Consultation - National Microbiological Database
The New Zealand Food Safety Authority (NZFSA) proposes to amend the Technical Procedures for the purposes of including the requirements for the poultry Campylobacter testing programme applied to poultry broiler carcasses and poultry broiler caeca under the National Microbiological Database sampling programme.
