Consultation - Roquefort Cheese

This discussion document outlines the New Zealand Food Safety Authority's (NZFSA) proposal to amend the New Zealand (Milk and Milk Products Processing) Food Standards 2002 and the New Zealand (Prescribed Foods) Food Standards 2002 in order to allow for the direct importation (i.e. from any country) and monitoring of Roquefort cheese and raw milk extra-hard grating cheeses.
