Consultation - Dairy Export Requirements

This paper outlines the requirements that will affect dairy processors, operators of risk management programmes and exporters of dairy products intended for export, recognised agencies and NZFSA. The export requirements are captured in the Animal Products Act 1999, the Animal Products (Dairy Products and Other Matters) Bill and associated requirements. These requirements include exporter registration, general and particular overseas market access requirements, and official assurances.
