Dairy Export Requirements (Importing Country Requirements)
The following export requirements are for dairy material and dairy products intended for export. The requirements are made under section 60A of the Animal Products Act 1999.
Access to Dairy Export Requirements
The export requirements are password protected (
). Bilateral market access agreements can contain sensitive material and
are therefore accorded a degree of confidentiality. User access to the
documents is restricted to persons or parties who hold a risk management
programme, exporters, NZFSA, and recognised persons and agencies.

Country Specific Requirements
Some countries may have specific requirements for New Zealand dairy products into their country. These countries are listed below. Select a country using the pull-down menu.
Export Requirement Notifications
Export Requirements Notification Notices are infrequently used for urgent country specific requirements or such situations such as the introduction of a common certificate (s) to be used by a number of countries and where there are no other known requirements.
When an Export Requirement for a particular country is updated relevant Notifications will be incorporated.
