Authorised persons designated to sign NZFSA Dairy Export Certificates

Animal Products Act 1999

Pursuant to section 65 of the Animal Products Act 1999, I designate those persons listed in the attached schedule as authorised persons for the purposes of issuing the following official assurances:

• NZFSA Dairy export certificates;

And for the withdrawal, reissuing and replacing of official assurances under section 64.
