If you have forgotten your E-cert password or cannot access the E-cert system user fill in this form and submit: User ID and password problems

• Dairy Help files – click on Help on the left hand navigation panel of Dairy E-cert

• QMS Help files – click on Help on the left hand navigation panel of the dairy Quota Management System

Error generated when using E-cert

Use the problem report on the E-cert navigator panel or email:

• ecert.admin@nzfsa.govt.nz if your problem is with Animal Products E-cert

• dairy.ecert@nzfsa.govt.nz if your problem is with Dairy E-cert

• dairyquota@nzfsa.govt.nz if your problem is with the dairy Quota Management System.

• read the Official Assurances Programme

• consult your local NZFSA VA inspector.

If problems remain, contact the NZFSA VA central certification office in your area.
