NZFSA have the same permissions as Consignor and Consignee Inspectors. In addition, they may also have the following permissions for Export Certificates.

Function Buttons

The larger of these appear in the top right hand corner of the certificate. The small, single letter ones appear on the various lists of certificates at the beginning of each line where appropriate.

	Displays a screen which shows the full update history of the certificate.	All EDs and export certificates once raised	All users
	Displays the XML input for the certificate viewed for saving as a text file or copying and pasting into another file onto your computer. Some modification of the file will be required in order to raise a new certificate.	ED and export certificate - any status	Consignor Consignee
	Displays the full XML information that describes the certificate. This is used for transferring the certificate information between computer systems.	Export certificate - any status	Consignor Consignee
	Puts the certificate into the Interactive Browser Entry Form for editing.	Raised Amended To Be Amended	Consignor
	Uses the data from an incoming ED as the basis for a new ED and puts it into the Interactive Browser Entry Form for editing.	Approved ED	Consignee
	Uses the data from an incoming ED as the basis for a new Export Certificate and puts it into the Interactive Browser Entry Form for editing.	Approved ED consignee is Exporter	Consignee
	Gives a menu with options, depending on certificate status, user type and permissions to:	User has print permission in all cases	Consignor CR inspector
	1. Print Final - generate a PDF export certificate for printing onto security paper.	Approved, Detained or Accepted export certificate	Consignor CR inspector
	2. Print Draft - generate a draft PDF export certificate for checking or printing onto plain paper	Export certificate in any status other than Approved, Detained or Accepted.	Consignor CR inspector
	3. Update Exp Ser No - display a dialog box for entering the security paper serial number.	Approved export certificate	CR inspector
	Provide a non-PDF view of certificate data to allow: • exporters to check data that will appear on the printed certificate prior to submitting • VA certifiers to check certificate data without creating a PDF.	Export certificate - any status	Consignor CR inspector
	Opens a form to amend the transport details including Transport Mode, Carrier Name, Conveyance Ref, Loading Port and Final Destination. Departure Date can only be changed by a consignor Inspector.	Approved ED	Consignor CR inspector
	Allows the ED to be transferred unchanged from one exporter to another exporter.	Approved ED consignee is Exporter	Consignee
	Allows an export certificate to be replaced by putting all the data into a new certificate form for editing.	To Be Replaced	Consignor
