Getting access to Dairy Products E-cert

April 2009

Access to Dairy Products E-cert is granted on an individual basis and incurs no fee. Each individual using Dairy Products E-cert must have their own login and password. Sharing of logins is a breach of the conditions of use and access may be revoked. Refer Terms and conditions of use

Register as an exporter

To register as an exporter, complete this form: AP1 Exporter Registration Application Form.

Setting up or amending E-cert access for an individual

To request a new login and password to provide E-cert access for an individual, complete this form: EC02 Access to E-cert for Exporters, Agents & Manufacturers.

Use this form to request a change to an individual’s access, or to update contact details.

Removing E-cert access

To remove E-cert access, complete and submit this on-line form Removing Access to E-cert.

Problems with user name or password

If you have forgotten your E-cert password or cannot access the E-cert system, complete and submit this on-line form Problem with user name or password.

Register a Company Co-ordinator

For larger organisation, we recommend a company co-ordinator. This person will be the primary contact in your organisation for all information relating to E-cert issues and the person who decides who has access to E-cert within your organisation. Using an agent

You may wish to use an agent to do your documentation and/or arrange your shipments. To allow the employees of the agent to use Dairy Products E-cert on your behalf, they need to complete the form EC02 Access to E-cert for Exporters, Agents & Manufacturers and your company co-ordinator or RMP operator needs to authorise the access.

Computer requirements

E-cert is an internet application and can be accessed using any browser.

The recommended minimum system specifications are:

CPU: Pentium III 500mhz or higher with 128mb RAM, 56k modem
Software: Internet browser (Internet Explorer 5.5 or Mozilla Firefox), Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0

It is possible to use E-cert on systems with lower specifications but performance will be an issue and difficulty will be experienced when working with large submissions.

Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or greater is essential if you want to view and/or print draft certificates. If you use Internet Explorer as your internet browser, setting changes must be made to Adobe Acrobat Reader, they are as follows:

Hold down ctrl and press k

Uncheck the following two options: Display PDF in Browser, Allow Fast Web View.
