- On receipt of your registration form and full payment, you will be emailed a confirmation letter with details of your registration, payment and accommodation.
- If you prefer, you may print off the form, complete and return by post or fax to Nelson Tourism Services, PO Box 1282, Nelson, New Zealand. Fax: +64 (0) 3 545 9227.

Full Registration
Entitlements: All Sessions, Lunches, Morning and Afternoon Teas, Conference Handbook, Satchel, CD of proceedings and all Social Functions.
Student Full Registration
The student registration is available for full time students only. There are a limited number of spaces which will be allocated on a first-in basis. Students will be requested to provide a Student ID number and their learning organisation on the registration form.
Entitlements: All Sessions, Lunches, Morning and Afternoon Teas, Conference Handbook, Satchel and CD of proceedings. Please note the Student Full Registration fee does not include the Social Functions. Tickets may be purchased on the registration form.
Day Registration
Entitlements: Sessions on day registered, Lunch and Tea breaks on day registered, Conference Handbook, Satchel and CD of proceedings. Please select your attendance day(s) on the registration form. Please note the Day Registration fee does not include the Social Functions. Tickets may be purchased on the registration form.
Payment
All payments must be received before the start of the conference.

Payments can be made by the following methods and you should indicate your payment method on the registration form.
- Cheque or Bank Draft: In New Zealand dollars only. Please make payable to ICMSS 2007 and post to Nelson Tourism Services, PO Box 1282, Nelson, New Zealand.
- Credit Cards: VISA or Mastercard only. Please supply details on the encrypted online registration form.
- Direct Credit: please note that all currency conversion and bank transaction fees must be paid by you so that the amount received into the conference account is the total required in New Zealand dollars.
