Accommodation

Blenheim is a small town with no large hotels, but ample accommodation in motels. Please book your accommodation on the Registration Form as we are holding a range of accommodation, from studio to two bedroom units, especially for conference delegates. Prices range between $115.00 to $225.00. Accommodation will be allocated on a first-in basis and we will endeavour to place you in the best accommodation available close to the venue. All motel units are well appointed with Queen or King beds, a kitchen and bathroom.

• If you require alternative accommodation, wish to stay for a longer time or require further information, please contact Nelson Tourism Services at icmss@nzdirect.co.nz.
• All prices given are per room or per unit per night and include 12.5% NZ Goods and Service Tax.
• If you will be sharing a room or unit, please give us the name of that person on the registration form so that we can match you up.
• Please note breakfast is not included in the room rate. Some of the motels offer a breakfast service and Blenheim has plenty of cafés within a few minutes walk of the conference venue.
• Credit card details are required to secure your booking on the encrypted registration form and will be passed on to the accommodation provider to reserve your room. No money will be debited from your credit card by Nelson Tourism Services for your accommodation.
• All accommodation and incidental payments must be settled directly with your accommodation provider on arrival/departure.
• Please notify Nelson Tourism Services of any changes or cancellations in writing to as soon as possible. Do not contact your accommodation provider directly as this may cause confusion.
• In the event that you do not inform us of a cancellation or you do not check in on your specified arrival date, your booking may be cancelled and your given credit card may be charged for one night’s accommodation by the accommodation provider.
