Major Conference Sponsors (Limited to 5)
Major conference sponsors will make an important contribution to the success
of the conference and will have the opportunity for maximum exposure of their
logo and brand to conference delegates.
BENEFITS
• Recognition with your logo as a Major Sponsor on the registration
brochure, conference web site and conference handbook
• Permitted to erect signage at the conference venue
• Company logo (single colour) on the delegate satchels
• Inclusion of a brochure or promotional sheet in the conference pack
• On screen logo recognition in the plenary room between sessions
• One complimentary registration.

Please note: for acknowledgement in the registration brochure, a confirmation
and logo is required before 31st July 2006.
Gala Dinner Sponsorship
The Gala Dinner is the premier conference event. Delegates and their
partners will have a night to remember with great food, entertainment and
camaraderie. This is an ideal opportunity for a sponsor to maximise the
networks developed throughout the conference. The sponsorship cost includes a
contribution towards the cost of the venue, catering, drinks and
entertainment.

• Permitted to erect signage at the dinner venue
• One free ticket to the dinner
• Inclusion of a brochure or promotional sheet in the conference pack
• Sponsor’s name in the conference programme next to the dinner
• Opportunity to speak for five minutes
at the dinner
Kiwi BBQ Sponsorship
The Kiwi BBQ will be an informal networking dinner. The sponsorship cost
includes a contribution towards the cost of the venue, catering and drinks.

• Permitted to erect signage at the dinner venue
• One free ticket to the dinner
• Inclusion of a slim brochure or promotional sheet in the conference
pack
• Sponsor’s name in the conference programme next to the dinner
Conference Cocktail Evening Sponsorship
The Cocktail evening on the first evening of the conference will provide
delegates with the opportunity to catch up with old friends and make new
connections and will include a performance by a Kapa Haka group. The
sponsorship includes a contribution towards the cost of drinks.

• Permitted to erect signage at the venue for the evening
• Inclusion of a slim brochure or promotional sheet in the conference
pack
• Sponsor’s name in the conference programme next to the event
Wine Tasting Function Sponsorship
The wine tasting function will be opportunity for delegates to network while
sampling some of the region’s highly acclaimed wines.
The sponsorship includes a contribution towards the cost of beverages.

• Exclusive naming rights to the Wine Tasting Function
• Permitted to erect signage at the venue for that function
• Inclusion of a brochure or promotional sheet in the conference pack
• Sponsor’s name in the conference programme next to the event
Morning / Afternoon Tea Sponsorship
There will be seven tea breaks during the conference. Sponsors can associate
themselves as a supporter of the conference by securing naming rights to a
break. The sponsorship includes a contribution towards the cost of
catering.
BENEFITS
• Exclusive naming rights to the morning or afternoon tea
• Permitted to erect signage at the venue for that break
• Sponsor’s name in the conference programme next to the break
• Sponsors will be permitted, on a first come basis, to select which
break they prefer to sponsor according to the programme.
Conference Pens (Multiple Sponsors)
There is an opportunity for sponsors to supply each registrant with a pen in the conference pack. The pen will continue to be used long after the conference and thus enables the sponsor to profile their company name over the longer term.
Conference Pads (Multiple Sponsors)
Similarly, there is the opportunity for sponsors to supply each registrant with a pad for the conference pack. Once again, the pad will enable the sponsor to profile their company name over the longer term.
Sponsorship options may be flexible and discussion on other options are welcome.
All Sponsors will be acknowledged verbally during the conference.
