Codes of practice (COPs)
A code of practice reflects acceptable industry-agreed practice. It shows ways you can meet regulatory requirements for your specific operation.
Use these codes of practice to:
• develop your risk management programme (RMP)
• develop your food safety programme (FSP).
Note you can also base your RMP on a template or a model (if available), or write your own from scratch, following the RMP manual.

All these codes of practice have been approved by NZFSA.
