Dairy - NZCP1: Design and operation of farm dairies - Code of practice
This Code of Practice (NZCP1) applies to farm dairies where this code has been referenced in the Risk Management Programme. The requirements contained in this code are applicable to farm dairies producing raw milk, including colostrum, intended for further processing and sale in or export from New Zealand. It covers the approval, design, fabrication, installation, layout and operation of farm dairies and equipment installed in farm dairies to ensure the standard of performance is sufficient to ensure dairy products are fit for their intended purpose.
