Processing categories tables - AP49 application form

The main products and processes covered by your risk management programme (RMP) must be maintained on a register by NZFSA.

Use this form to indicate which products and processes your RMP covers. It should be used in conjunction with either an AP4 (registration of a RMP), AP6 (registration of amendment to a RMP) or AP50 (notification of update to a RMP) form.

Download the form, complete it and mail it back to NZFSA.
