Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this application. The New Zealand Food Safety Authority (NZFSA) has the following comments to make.

NZFSA supports option 2, that is to amend Standard 1.5.2 of the Code to permit the sale of food derived from glufosinate ammonium tolerant rice LLRICE62.
