Organics - Export certificate application form

Use this form to:

• apply for a certificate from NZFSA for each consignment of organic products you export to the European Union, Switzerland and Japan under the OOAP

• register each consignment of organic products you export to the United States of America under the OOAP.

For certificates for organic products you export to Taiwan under the OOAP, or to other markets not under the OOAP, please contact your third party agency (TPA).

If you are exporting products to the European Union (EU), you will need a CN (Combined Nomenclature) code to complete the export certificate application form. Use the European Commission link below to find the code for your type of product.
