Organics - Exporting

Taiwan

Taiwan recognises New Zealand’s official organic assurance programme (OOAP) as equivalent to their regulations.

Taiwan has additional requirements for some products. These requirements can be found in the current version (version 7) of the Technical Rules. This is the version available on the NZFSA website.

You must have an export certificate from your third party agency (TPA) for each consignment of organic products you export to Taiwan.
